'sales pitch.' We were fortunate in that sales representative, Nathan deftly handled our queries with patience and understanding and was able to put together a package which was mutually acceptable.
Subsequently the car was available on the agreed date, documented and presented immaculately. Apart from an administrative issue, effective liaison between the sales and after sales departments
has ensured that the level of service associated with a Honda dealership is being maintained.

As I have had my new Mitsubishi Mirage for a month now, I thought the time was right to let you know how I’m going with it. The car is everything I wanted – economical, good acceleration (good enough for me, I’m no Jenson Button), comfy and holds all my shopping & necessary bit & pieces. Good clarity on CD & radio, too, and not forgetting the super-duper colour, which is not just gorgeous but means I can find it easily in a packed car park!
Also wanted to really thank you for keeping me up-to-date with what was happening with it whilst it was making it’s way to you – there’s nothing worse than not being told what’s happening with delivery, so I really did appreciate your doing that. What I also appreciated was your friendly & informative sales technique – you gave all the information I needed, explained any extras that were available (and any costs) and sorted out finance in a professional way which left me feeling in control of the purchase and, most importantly for me, not pressured into buying, which I hate. Also, I have a name relevant number plate thanks to you and you coped with Fred’s strange sense of humour and there’s not many people who manage that!!!

I told my friend Edna about the "unveiling" and she thought it was wonderful, she hadn't heard of that happening before.
As well as that you explained everything so well, the controls of the car, the finance, servicing, extra insurance etc etc.,all crystal clear. Now I just have to enjoy driving it.

We recently bought a 2008 Honda CR-V from Lings and we can not stress enough how fantastic Kelly and the team have been. Kelly has been great from start to finish she even went out of her way to answer my emails on her day off! She really put our minds at ease and was more than happy to answer any questions we had. She was friendly, approachable and knowledgeable.
If we ever called the office our calls were always answered and if kelly was unavailable she always called back within 20 minutes.
Once we got the car we noticed there was a few minor scratches and a bit of damage to the interior, when I spoke to Kelly there was no hesitation, the car was booked back in and the work was done.
The car was a big purchase for us and we are so glad we happened to stop by on that day. All the people we have met at Lings have been friendly and helpful.

I apologise for not having written before but wanted to experience the new car for a while before doing so. I have to say the car is everything Matthew said it was. I am really enjoying driving it and am learning (not too fast) to change my driving style to suit the vehicle but overall am very pleased with the car.
I would also like to take this opportunity to than Matthew for his support and patience during the sales process. Time and time again Matthew has gone the extra mile so to speak in making sure the car was right and the buyer had all the information needed to make a considered decision.
In addition I would also like to highlight Matthew's help with our daughters car with which she is very happy. There have one or two issues with the BMW but again Matthew has dealt with them in a very professional and helpful manner.

After searching Autotrader I finally found the type of car I wanted and had a look at the Motor Lings website directly - which I found easy to use, well put together (especially the 'Why choose us' video) and clear in terms of photos and details about the potential new car purchase.
The positive vibe, coupled to the as advertised 'no pressure' sales approach left a very good first impression. This was followed up with a service focussed, no nonsense honest style, from in particular, Aaron, who was friendly and engaging giving me all the time I needed to consider the options of whether to purchase the car or not.
